AROMATHERAPY & REFLEXOLOGY to relieve the symptoms of stress
Aromatherapy uses soothing massage techniques and sweet-smelling aromatic oils to help bring the body's hormonal and nervous systems back into balance after periods of stress. It works holistically to create a feeling of physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. The Full Body Treatment (60 minutes) includes the neck, back, arms, shoulders, head, face, abdomen, legs and feet.
Clothes are removed so that aromatherapy oils can be absorbed through the skin. The Seated Aromatherapy Massage (45 minutes) releases tension in the head, neck, shoulders and back. There is no need to remove clothes as aromatherapy oils are absorbed through the sense of smell.
The Aromatherapy Facial (60 minutes) uses natural, mainly organic ingredients to cleanse, exfoliate, tone, purify, balance, hydrate, nourish & protect the skin. Specialist massage movements on the scalp, face, neck and shoulders work to rejuvenate and tone the facial muscles. The skin glows as if lit from within and results are surprisingly long-lasting. It is suitable for male and female complexions of all ages.
Reflexology is a type of foot massage which works to relax, refresh and revive the whole body. It is a very effective way of releasing the physical, mental and emotional tensions which can build up when the pressure is on. A full treatment is 60 minutes in length. Reflexology can be combined with an aromatherapy facial. Reflexology points (or reflexes) are also located in the hands and they can be used for self-treatment.
